Delete Your Sugar Simple Account

Account deletion is available directly inside the Sugar Simple app.

How to delete your account

  1. Open Sugar Simple.
  2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Select Delete Account.
  5. Review the warning and confirm deletion.
Deletion is permanent. You will lose access to account-linked app data, subject to limited retention required by law, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate recordkeeping.

Apple subscriptions

Deleting your Sugar Simple account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. To manage or cancel a subscription, open iPhone Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, and select Sugar Simple.

Unable to access the app?

Email sugarsimple32@gmail.com from the email associated with your account. We may need to verify account ownership before processing a request.

What happens after a deletion request?

We will begin processing the request and remove or de-identify account-linked information as reasonably required, except where limited retention is necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes.
