Account Deletion Information

Delete your account in Sugar Simple
Open the app and go to Settings → Delete Account. Review the permanent-deletion warning, then confirm deletion.
What deletion means
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your Sugar Simple account and all glucose readings associated with it are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Limited records may be retained only when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legitimate recordkeeping purposes.

If you cannot access the in-app deletion option or need help, email sugarsimple32@gmail.com. Never send your password.
Apple subscriptions
Deleting a Sugar Simple account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. To manage or cancel, open iPhone Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, and select Sugar Simple.
