This page describes how glucose and related information entered into Sugar Simple is handled.

Information you choose to record

You may enter glucose values, dates, times, and optional notes. This information can be sensitive. Enter only information you want stored in your account.

Purpose

Sugar Simple stores and displays your entries, helps you review your history, and generates reports you request. It does not independently verify, interpret, diagnose, or recommend treatment based on the information.

Storage and processing

Account authentication and app data services are provided through Supabase. Access controls are designed to associate stored readings with the signed-in account. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.

Sharing reports

You decide whether to share or print a report. A report may contain your account email, glucose readings, dates, times, and notes. Review it before sharing and send it only to recipients you choose.

Not a healthcare provider

Sugar Simple and Mohr Digital Studio are not your healthcare provider. Sugar Simple is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for professional medical care.

Deletion

See Account Deletion Information for the current deletion process. Deleting an app account does not cancel Apple subscription billing.
