Subscription Information

Sugar Simple requires an active auto-renewable monthly subscription for access to its glucose recordkeeping, history, and reporting features.

What the subscription includes

Subscribers can record current or backdated glucose readings, add notes, review and filter reading history, edit or delete entries, and create reports they can save, print, or share with a healthcare provider.

Access

An active subscription is required for glucose logging, reading history, filters, and provider reports. Subscription purchase and restoration, legal and support information, sign out, and account deletion remain available without an active subscription.

Billing and renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. The subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

Manage or cancel

Manage or cancel through Apple: open iPhone Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, and select Sugar Simple. Deleting your Sugar Simple account does not automatically cancel Apple billing.

Restore purchases

Use Restore Purchases inside Sugar Simple while signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
