Include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a brief description. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, or unnecessary health information.

Subscription or billing

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. For complete details, see Subscription Information.

Restore purchases

Use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen while signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.

Account access

Use the same email address previously associated with your account and use the in-app password-reset option when available.
