This Privacy Policy explains how Sugar Simple, operated by Mohr Digital Studio (“Sugar Simple,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you use the Sugar Simple mobile application, website, and related support services.
Information you may provide
Depending on how you use Sugar Simple, we may process:
- Account information, such as an email address or account identifier.
- Information you choose to enter in the app, including personal records, notes, settings, and related wellness information.
- Support communications you send to us.
- Subscription and entitlement status needed to provide paid features. We do not receive your full payment-card information from Apple.
Information collected automatically
We and our service providers may process limited technical information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the app, such as device type, app version, timestamps, crash information, and basic usage events.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and secure Sugar Simple.
- To save and display the information you choose to record.

Service providers
We may use trusted service providers to operate Sugar Simple. These may include Apple for app distribution and in-app purchases, RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management, Supabase for authentication and app data services, and infrastructure providers used to host this website. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Health and sensitive information
Information you choose to record may be sensitive. Please use care when deciding what to enter. Sugar Simple is not a medical provider, electronic health record, or emergency service.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.
Data retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and how it is used.
Your choices and rights
You may update certain information in the app and may request account deletion through the in-app Delete Account feature. You may also contact us regarding access, correction, or deletion requests. Rights vary by location.
Account deletion
Deleting your Sugar Simple account is permanent and removes access to account-linked app data, subject to limited retention required by law, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate recordkeeping. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store subscription. Subscriptions must be managed through your Apple account.
Children's privacy
Sugar Simple is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International processing
Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date will reflect the current version.
