This policy explains how Sugar Simple, operated by Mohr Digital Studio, handles information when you use the app, website, and support services.
Information you provide
We may process your account email or identifier; glucose readings, dates, times, and optional notes you choose to enter; app settings; and communications you send to support.
Subscription information
If you choose the optional monthly subscription, Apple processes payment. RevenueCat may process purchase and entitlement status so the app can display and restore subscription status. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
Technical information
Our service providers may process limited technical information needed to authenticate users, operate and secure the service, diagnose errors, and maintain reliability, such as device type, app version, timestamps, and crash information.
How information is used
- Authenticate your account and provide the app.
- Save and display information you choose to record.
- Generate the reports you request.
- Display and restore optional subscription status.
- Respond to support requests and protect the service.
- Meet applicable legal obligations.
Service providers
Sugar Simple may use Apple for distribution and purchases, RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management, Supabase for authentication and app data services, and Cloudflare for this website. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that help operate Sugar Simple, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a lawful business transfer.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion as described on the Account Deletion page. Deleting a Sugar Simple account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Children
Sugar Simple is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where service providers operate.
