These Terms govern your use of Sugar Simple, operated by Mohr Digital Studio.

Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and using Sugar Simple lawfully.

Personal recordkeeping only

Sugar Simple is a personal recordkeeping tool for information entered by the user. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Optional subscription

Sugar Simple may offer exactly one optional auto-renewable monthly subscription that supports continued operation and maintenance of the service. Core recordkeeping functionality is not restricted based on subscription status. Purchases are billed and managed by Apple under the terms shown at purchase. See Subscription Information.

Your content

You retain ownership of information you enter. You grant the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, protect, and delete that information as needed to operate the service and respond to your requests.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use it to harm others.

Availability and third parties

Features may change, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Sugar Simple relies on third-party services including Apple, RevenueCat, Supabase, and Cloudflare, whose terms may also apply.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sugar Simple is provided “as is” and “as available.” Mohr Digital Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Termination and governing law

You may stop using Sugar Simple at any time. Access may be suspended for misuse, security risks, or legal requirements. These Terms are governed by Arizona law, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
