These Terms of Service govern your use of Sugar Simple, operated by Mohr Digital Studio. By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms.

Informational tool only
Sugar Simple helps users organize information they choose to record. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, medication guidance, emergency services, or a substitute for professional healthcare.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions purchased through Apple are billed and managed by Apple under the terms displayed at purchase. Subscription changes, cancellation, refunds, and billing questions are generally handled through your Apple account and Apple's policies.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, upload unlawful content, or use the service to harm others.
Your content
You retain ownership of information you enter. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, and protect that information solely to operate the service.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Third-party services
Sugar Simple may rely on third-party platforms and services, including Apple, RevenueCat, Supabase, and website infrastructure providers. Their own terms may also apply.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sugar Simple is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. You remain responsible for decisions based on information you record or review.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mohr Digital Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal requirements, security risks, or misuse.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
